With over 20 years of experience as a business owner, John brings firsthand understanding of the operational, financial, and personal challenges business owners face. His background, combined with decades of experience in sales, marketing, and negotiations, allows him to provide practical, market-based guidance to clients preparing to sell or transition their businesses.

John has worked with owners across a range of industries, with particular experience in automotive repair, service businesses, and owner-operated companies with consistent cash flow. His approach is focused on realistic valuation, identifying qualified buyers, and structuring transactions that align with current market conditions and lender expectations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Brigham Young University.
